Secure the dining reservation directly with Disney or the restaurant, then share the location and seating time. Sanaa is at Kidani Village; California Grill is at the Contemporary Resort. Restaurants inside parks require valid park admission, and a dining reservation does not guarantee access.
Agree on the return time and authorized pickup area before the visit. Allow for walking, security, crowd exit and any internal transportation after a show or party. Magic Kingdom car pickups generally use the Transportation and Ticket Center; confirm your actual meeting instructions rather than expecting a vehicle at the restaurant or park gate.
For dinner at Disney Springs, agree on the vehicle meeting point outside the pedestrian dining area. The return can go to your actual hotel or, if requested, to Orlando Airport (MCO). Include any departing flight and leave time for the drive and airline check-in. A late dinner or event change must be agreed before altering the confirmed transfer.

Car transfers generally use the Transportation and Ticket Center. Allow time for the ferry or monorail and crowd exit, then meet at the point agreed with the chauffeur. Confirm the current authorized pickup area for your date; the castle exit is not a guaranteed vehicle meeting point.
Give the actual calendar date and pickup time after the party, as well as your resort and confirmed meeting point. A pickup at 12:30 a.m. belongs to the next calendar day. Transportation and party admission are booked separately; check ticket availability and event times directly with Disney.
Provide the exact restaurant, hotel or park and reservation time. For Chef Mickey’s, Topolino’s, ’Ohana, Capa or Ravello, confirm the venue’s booking and access instructions independently. Arrange the outward and return transfer details; the ride does not include meals, park admission or a restaurant reservation.
