A private Disney transfer works best when the booking includes every person and everything you are bringing. Plan the child seats, stroller and bags together, then confirm the vehicle setup for each journey.

CHILD SEATS

Request the seat your child needs

Provide each child’s age, approximate weight and requested seat type when booking. Up to two car seats and two boosters are complimentary in other vehicle categories; Signature Sprinter includes up to four car seats and two boosters. Seat configuration and availability require confirmation. Babies and children count toward the passenger total.

STROLLERS AND LUGGAGE

Count the bags and the stroller

Include the number and size of suitcases, stroller type and whether it folds, plus any oversized item. A stroller and shopping bags use luggage space too. SUVs accommodate up to six passengers and six bags; Signature Sprinter up to fourteen passengers plus the driver and twelve bags. These limits do not promise simultaneous fit with every seat arrangement.

ONE WAY OR ROUND TRIP

Give each leg its own details

For airport arrival, enter the airport, arrival date and exact resort name and address. Add the flight number if available; it can be provided later. For the return, use your departure-day hotel, departing flight and agreed pickup time. If your family changes resorts, the journey between hotels is a separate movement that must be requested.

STOPS AND YOUR CONFIRMATION

Plan purchases before the journey

Request any grocery stop when booking and include space for the purchases. Its duration and any applicable charge must be agreed; a Disney airport transfer does not automatically include a free stop. Review the vehicle, itinerary and total before payment. Service is confirmed in writing after availability and full payment are verified.
