Your airport meeting, floor by floor

A clear arrival plan for your private transfer from Orlando International Airport to your Disney-area destination.

Terminals A & B

Baggage / meeting: Level 2

Most baggage carousels are on Level 2, with some Level 1 exceptions. Taxi, towncar and limousine transportation is on Level 1. Your driver confirms where to meet.

Wait inside near the baggage carousel assigned to your flight, at the meeting landmark confirmed by your chauffeur. For A/B flights with Level 1 baggage claim, confirm the level before moving.

Vehicle loading: Level 1 · follow your chauffeur to the authorized area.

Terminal C

Baggage / meeting: Level 6

Baggage claim and the indoor Meet & Greet area are on Level 6. Your chauffeur confirms the authorized vehicle loading area and its floor for your reservation.

Wait in the public Arrivals / Baggage Claim area on Level 6, near your assigned carousel or the agreed Meet & Greet landmark. Meet only after completing any entry checks.

Your chauffeur confirms the vehicle loading floor and authorized meeting area.

WHEN TO MESSAGE. WHERE TO WAIT.

From touchdown to your private vehicle

Before the flight

Keep your written reservation and contact instructions handy. If you have not received the chauffeur’s contact or meeting details, call the booking desk at (689) 250-0205. Share the flight number if you have it.

After landing: send an arrival message

Turn on your phone and check the messages for your pickup. Tell your chauffeur you have landed, which terminal you are in and whether you still need baggage or entry checks. This message helps coordinate; it does not mean your entire party is ready.

Follow Baggage Claim / Arrivals signs

For Terminals A/B, proceed to the baggage level shown for your flight, usually Level 2. In Terminal C, baggage claim is on Level 6. Follow the airport signs and staff directions rather than crossing to another terminal.

Collect every bag and gather your group

Check that every passenger and item is with you. Complete any required immigration or customs checks. Keep the family together before sending the ready message. In Terminal C international arrivals, the bags-first process collects luggage before passport control.

Now send “ready” with your exact location

Send the terminal, floor and baggage carousel number or the agreed landmark. If your bags or entry checks are taking longer, tell the chauffeur promptly. Use the direct driver contact from your reservation; the booking desk can help if you cannot reach them.

Stay at the confirmed indoor meeting point

Wait near the agreed baggage-claim landmark until you locate your chauffeur. If you cannot find them, call and give your terminal, floor and carousel. Do not go to an unconfirmed curb or bay; the chauffeur will clarify the next step.

Walk to the vehicle together

After the indoor meeting, follow the chauffeur to the authorized vehicle loading area. Towncar and limousine loading for A/B is on Level 1; at Terminal C, your chauffeur confirms the permitted floor and bay for the service. Loading locations can change. Confirm your hotel and child-seat setup before departure.

Example message to your driver

“We are ready at MCO, Terminal __, Level __, near baggage carousel __. Our entire party is together and we have all our bags. Please confirm where to meet.”

International arrivals

Complete any required US entry checks before meeting your driver. Terminal C uses a bags-first process: collect luggage before passport control, following airport staff directions.

Included airport waiting

Airport pickups include 15 minutes of waiting from the confirmed meeting time. Let your driver know if baggage or entry checks are taking longer.

Loading areas and terminal assignments can change. Use your driver’s current instructions instead of relying on a fixed curb or bay.
